Biden presses allies for Ukraine aid

President Joe Biden delivered his first address to the United Nations General Assembly, where he reaffirmed his commitment to supporting Ukraine against Russian aggression.

He urged other countries to join him in providing more military and humanitarian assistance to the embattled nation, which has been facing a renewed threat of invasion from Moscow.

He also called for a peaceful resolution of the conflict, saying that “we do not seek a new Cold War or a world divided into rigid blocs”.
