Ohio voters overwhelmingly approved two ballot measures that will add abortion protections and legalize marijuana to the state constitution.
The abortion measure, known as Issue 1, will prohibit the state from passing any laws that restrict or interfere with a person’s right to access or provide abortion care.
The marijuana measure, known as Issue 2, will allow adults 21 and older to possess, cultivate, and consume cannabis for personal use, and create a regulated market for its production and sale.
