Two law firms that represented Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s personal lawyer and ally, in his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results have filed lawsuits against him for failing to pay them more than $1.3 million in legal fees.
The firms, Miller & Chevalier and Hinshaw & Culbertson, claim that Giuliani breached their contracts and acted in bad faith by refusing to pay them despite receiving their services.
